Biography
Jeff provides safe, evidence-based treatment for life issues, such as relationship concerns, anxiety, stress management, depression, loneliness, family difficulties, grief, loss, life transitions, career counseling, sexuality, body image, and personal growth. His integrated approach to healing recognizes the interdependence of body, mind, spirit, culture, and environment. He has previously served on the Boards of both the Pennsylvania Clinical Social Work Society (PSCSW) and the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work. He has taught yoga for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Jeff has also taught various workshops, including the 2007 LGBTQI Health Summit and guest lectures at the University of Pennsylvania, Haverford College, and Bryn Mawr.
